Craig W. Turner - President
With more than 20 years’ experience in media, PR, economic development and government relations, Craig Turner has had the privilege of handling public education campaigns and advocating for some of the highest-profile issues affecting Western New York and Southern Ontario. Craig is president and founder of Momentum Public Affairs, and in addition to his role with WTCBN, also serves as executive director for the Buffalo Niagara International Trade Gateway Organization (ITGO). Prior to starting Momentum, Craig served as vice president with the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, WNY’s regional chamber of commerce, where he directed the organization’s business development and government affairs efforts. He sits on the board of directors for Continental 1, the Niagara USA Chamber of Commerce, and is also an author and political consultant. Craig is a graduate of the University at Buffalo.
Ashica Ambu - Director, Marketing & Communications
Ashica started at WTCBN in 2008, assisting with marketing for events and research for consulting projects in intermodal and expansion into new markets such as South Korea for local manufacturing companies. She graduated with degrees in Communication and East Asian Studies with concentrations in South Korean and Anthropology from the University at Buffalo. She also attended Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea. Before joining WTCBN, Ashica coordinated meetings and events for academic and international groups and served as a Senator for the Undergraduate Student Association at the University at Buffalo for four years. She currently manages WTCBN's educational programs and events, oversees marketing and the content of WTCBN’s website, social media and other communications.
